Congrats one the work. Reallt enjoying Biarritz. I do have some problems with elevations but I'll keep that for another post in the relevant forum.

Question regarding the Basque VFR Country.
Will autogen be implemented, and at what level (all seasons?)?

Great job, really a fan here.

All the best,
Vital Vanbeginne

Hello vesalius!

Once again, thank you very much for your congrats! I am glad to know you like Biarritz V2. Have fun with it!

Basque Country VFR will probably be a step-by-step project with different releases:
The first release will be the huge one that will have all photoreal data, mesh data, basic autogen (trees, buildings and some others), and most important handmade landmarks. The successive releases will be aimed at improving the autogen (textures, positioning, density... ), and introducing more and more handmade landmarks and objects.
About the photoscenery, it will have seasonal changes, in particular 3 seasons, as in the Basque Country, in general, there is not too many differences between fall and winter, and between spring and summer. So those seasons will be spring-summer, fall-winter and "hard winter"  for January and February. It will also have a first approach of night texturing.
It is important to know that the first release will be a heavy file (more than 10GB and I spect less than 20GB) as it will have most of the data.

Thank you very much!

Gontzal

Kaixo!
Thank you for all the fantastic work you are doing with for the beautiful Basque country.
I am enjoying flying in this area listening to one of my favourite bands - Urtz!! (even though I am in Japan!)

Keep up the great work and a wonderful 2016 to all of you!

Kaixo!

Thank you so much for recognizing the efforts. Little by little we will have more sceneries for this part of the world to enjoy with.
What a great band, legendary band here. Modest but good music. I also like it. "Kaixo" or "Oh lur" among others are very known songs here for this music style.

Enjoy flying and have a wonderful 2016 in Japan!

Thank you again,

Gontzal
